teaching

Teaching, instruction, and research mentorship.

Teaching Philosophy

Good teaching makes difficult systems feel buildable.

I teach by connecting theory with working examples, debugging habits, and small design decisions students can see and test. My goal is to help students become confident problem solvers who can explain, implement, and improve what they build.

Undergraduate Teaching

CSE323

Operating System Design

Teaching Assistant, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

  • Supported labs and discussions on scheduling, synchronization, memory, file systems, and I/O.
  • Helped students connect operating-system concepts with security, virtualization, and system measurement.
CSE115

Programming Language I

Teaching Assistant, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

  • Guided students through C programming, functions, arrays, pointers, memory, and modular design.
  • Focused on readable code, debugging discipline, and confidence in early programming practice.

Research Mentorship

Quantum security projects

Mentored undergraduate teams working on QKD, entanglement-based communication, steganography, and quantum-safe cloud security.

Prototype to manuscript

Guided students through literature review, implementation, experiments, technical writing, and revision habits.
